Our Mission
On the third of May 2007 we started our journey circumnavigating New Zealand armed with three horses, a cameraman, and a tent. It took us exactly one year to travel over 5000kms on our furry companions. The real purpose of the journey was to raise money for CanTeen which really kept us motivated even when the going got tough.
CanTeen is an organisation that supports young people aged thirteen to twenty four living with cancer. They need all the help they can get as they rely solely on donations for funding.
Any donations we received during our expedition went directly to CanTeen and still do. By the end of the trek and with everyone's help, CanTeen benefitted by over $33,000 in donations.
